Reflection of philosophical ideas systematization organizational experience in current conditions

In given article the systems concept to production management from a position of a universal organizational science of Bogdanov and the production management organization is considered. Special significance in organization philosophy, is acquired by human resource  management. Comparing of management philosophies by staff depending on criteria of the organization of operation on the basis of the researched literature is presented. The grouping of models of management philosophy in the ratio with directions of development of a society that will unite forming and regulating regularities of organizational experience is offered and will reveal problems of development of work forces of the modern enterprises and a society as a whole. The given grouping, uniting both regularities of the systems concept to research of organizational experience, is a premise for the decision making, the organizations influencing management philosophy.
